We put together the pack: scope and drawings, insurance, method statement, worker list and access pass requests, then submit it to your building management. It is worth allowing time for this before booking a start date, because a crew arriving without approved passes is turned back at the gate.

Slabs, boards, tiles, timber and fixings arrive in a small number of planned windows, usually early morning, and are stored inside the unit or in an agreed back of house area. Waste goes out on the same trip that brings the next load in. That avoids a team standing idle in a closed space while a van sits in trunk traffic behind hotel arrivals.

We check store cupboards and plant rooms for original spares first, then look at lifting material from a concealed area such as under fixed seating or inside a store to patch the visible area. Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00. Urgent same day slots are available when something has failed in a customer facing area. For venues that trade into the evening we agree early morning starts so the noisy part of the work is finished before doors open.

Work includes water balance, filtration checks, tile line and waterline cleaning where salt and sunscreen residue build up, coping and surround stone repair, and pool deck grout where the falls have started to pond.
