JBR is residential above the retail podium, so the loud phases cannot simply be pushed into the small hours. We separate them. Core drilling, tile breaking and wall chasing go into the daytime or early morning window your owners association permits, screened off while you keep part of the unit trading. Setting out, adhesive, boarding, second fix, snagging and polishing are quiet enough to run overnight.

Almost always. Retail units at JBR sit under an owners association and a retail management team, and both normally want a works permit, the hoarding design and contractor details before anything is delivered. We prepare our side of that paperwork and work to the access hours you are given.

Sand carried in from the beach is silica, which is harder than the calcite in marble, so polished marble in an entrance zone dulls quickly. Porcelain or a hard stone threshold, a recessed matting well long enough for three strides, narrow joints and epoxy grout in the traffic line will outlast a like for like marble replacement by years.

Salt lands on external metalwork every afternoon the breeze comes onshore, then humidity dissolves it. Rust starts where the coating is broken, usually at weld seams and bolt holes. Marine grade A4 fixings, a quarterly freshwater rinse and touching up coating damage early will hold a terrace set together far longer than replacing it every second season.

Our office and survey hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00, with urgent same-day slots when something has gone wrong mid-service. Night shifts are booked works rather than a call-out service, so they are scheduled in advance once the permit and access are cleared.
