We keep our scope separate from theirs. Before we start we walk the unit with you and note anything that is a handover snag, a door out of alignment, a chipped skirting, a hollow tile, so you can log it with the developer instead of paying us to correct it. Where we cut into a wall we photograph what is behind it.

Usually. We take the existing door profile, handle and colour to the workshop and match the board, edge tape and internal layout. If an exact match is not available in the thickness or finish you need, we tell you before anything is ordered and show you the closest option in person.

Electrical first, so cables and back boxes are chased in while walls are open. Gypsum next, for curtain pockets, cove details and any bulkhead. Then stone or panelling against that finished line. Joinery goes in last and is scribed to whatever the other trades actually left, not to the drawing.

Most owners do. The work zone is sealed with a taped polythene screen, floors are filmed, and cutting happens outdoors or in the garage with extraction on the tool. We agree in advance which rooms stay in use and which are handed over to us for the week.

Yes. Swimming pool maintenance is one of our regular lines here: filtration and dosing checks, water balancing, cleaning, and attention to the tile line and coping stones. Owners often start this once the developer's initial handover period for the plant ends and the pool becomes theirs to run.

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00, which sits inside the noise hours applied across the Dubai Hills sub-communities. Urgent same-day slots are available. Measuring visits are usually arranged for the same week, and we bring samples so decisions can be made on site.
