Trade licence, establishment card, third-party liability insurance certificate, the list of technicians attending with ID copies, a method statement describing the works, and an undertaking covering lift and lobby protection. We send it to the management office in your tower directly, rather than emailing it to you to forward on.

Once the pack is with the management office, one to three working days is typical for straightforward works, and longer where a formal work permit is needed. Service lift availability is the second constraint. During busy handover or fit-out periods the earliest usable block can be a week out. We book the slot as soon as approval lands and give you the real date rather than an optimistic one.

Usually yes. We work room by room, sheet and tape the doorways, and run dust extraction on the grinders and polishers instead of sweeping afterwards. Wet polishing takes a room out of use until it dries, so bedrooms and living areas are scheduled separately. A full apartment floor is commonly two to three working days depending on area and condition.

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00, with urgent same-day slots where a lift booking can be released. Some Downtown management offices will grant an evening window for quiet works such as sealing, polishing passes or joinery installation, and we will ask for one where the job suits it. Friday access varies by building and is often restricted around prayer times. We do not work overnight.

Yes. The commercial floors around Boulevard Plaza, Emaar Square and the office levels along Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard run to the same access rules, with the extra point that most works have to sit outside tenant working hours. Same document pack, same lift booking process, different timing.
